most of you know I’ve been working on my 64 fury and it’s gotten to the point where it’s ready to be used. Last fall the car developed an issue with just running. It starts fine. It runs for about 30 to 40 seconds and then just quits. With the help of Don , we switched carburetors just to make...
Looking to purchase a new set of plug wires for my 383. The ones I have are fine except for numbers 7 and 8 due to the wire running over the block because of the HP manifolds. The wires I have are just black nothing special wires but two of them are way to short now…suggestions??
Does anyone have detailed photos showing the position of the factory wire looms on a 68 383 HP engine. I got them them I bought my car, all nice and painted ..problem is they are all in a bag.
The remote control drivers side mirror on my car has a broken cable, is it something that can be repaired or is it trash? The chrome is perfect but the head just flops around.
I have noticed that my back up light is always on and the PO owner stated that there was a low drain on the battery. Could the switch be connected to the harness backwards...is it even possible?

I went to a garage yesterday to look at some parts. The guy had two 440 blocks sitting on what looked like the frames of old shopping carts buried behind a bunch to scrap. They look like they had been there for a long time and are pretty rusty. Its a very damp, old building and the blocks are...
Years ago they made this tach and the bracket was held in place by a plastic bushing that sandwiched the mounting bracket against the rear of the tach. Sun no longer offers this bushing as a replacement and mine is broken. Does anyone have a broken tach with the bushing still intact???
I'm going to go look at some parts tomorrow and wanted to get an idea of what the value is on an Eldebrock cross ram intake (STR-14) with dual 4 bbls. I feel he has many other parts. also, but I haven't got a chance to see what's there. Being that I only have a 383 the intake isn't something I...
