I picked up these tools for free, I know what the snips are, just curious what the one on the left and the one on the right might be used on? One of my friends thought the one on the right is for a tractor. Anyone know?

I think i got my moneys worth out of this wire wheel!!!!

I think I got my moneys worth out of this wire wheel!! Its been on my bench grinder since I started my restoration in 2011, and I used it on some other projects, but it really started sheading wires, so I went and got a new one. Amazing, I didn't realized how much it was worn!

    Hand brace Drill.

I don't think a lot of people still use hand brace drills anymore, but I have always liked them, and my dad used to use one back in the day, so when I saw this Stanley one for only $2 at the flea market, I picked it up. Only issue was the blue paint on the wood handles was mostly worn off, so I...

I couldn't pass up this timing light, it was only $5 at a local flea market. Its newer than the all metal case version I still use from the 80's, but I thought what the heck, it uses the same plugin cables as mine so I bought it, and it works great. Now I have a spare!

    Inexpensive Axle shaft tolerance jig!!!

So boredom or curiosity or what ever you want to call it strikes again and I wanted to figure out a way to confirm that I have a bent axle shaft. An easy made Spark plug grabber!

I thought I would share this for those that may not have a tool to get hard to reach spark plugs. I learned this trick back in the 80's when my buddy was changing the plugs on his 70 Mach 1, and because of the tight space and exhaust manifolds, it was almost impossible to get the spark plugs in...

Making pilot holes in Wood where a drill won't fit!!!

Problem: Had a little dilemma while rebuilding a pair of floor speakers. There was no room to get a drill inside the cabinet to make pilot holes for the cross over mounting screws, and could not use a punch either, just not enough room. So I thought I would pass along this tip for those that...

Who has a leaky grease gun, and how do you store it?

So, I have two grease guns, one is a full size and the other a small hand held, both sweat out grease around the nozzle tip, and the bottom of the cylinder and the top cylinder where the pump piston is located. They have always done it no matter what position they are stored in, or what type of...

    Over engineered bench top grinder!

So, when I was doing my restoration project, I bought a porter cable 6" bench top grinder. I didn't really need it for heavy work, just some odd and end grinding, wire wheel for cleaning up small parts, and buffer wheels for doing some of my trim work. It is the variable speed model, and worked...
