    440 headers do not sit flush

    I got long tube headers for my 440 and noticed there is a lip on the cylinder head that is not allowing them to sit flush on the head. Is there a good way to get around this or just grind down the head or top lip of the headers to make it fit? Is this an issue anyone else has ran into?
