    Emergency parking brake question

    Have a 67 coronet and the emergency brake pedal engages but won't remain in place. I can push the the release handle in and hold it and the brake works. Looks like theres a broken spring on the release handle. #1 How do i remove the spring off the release handle rod #2 where does it connect...
