Would anyone have a picture of the hardware used to attach the console lid to the hinge? My car was in pieces and I can't see to find what kind of nuts are used as the studs on the lid itself don't seem to be threaded in the traditional way. I would appreciate it.
I have a 67 R/T Tribute convertible. I would like to figure a way to add rear speakers. Previous owner had cut 6x9s into the convertible interior rear side panels (as you know - these side panels are like hens teeth). I found a really nice uncut set of side panels and do NOT want to cut them...
I have the interior trim pieces that say "Coronet R/T" to mount to the interior metal part of the door. Can anyone tell me what type of screws are used to affix these to the door? I am sure I could use 3M tape, but they will still have the open screw holes. Pictures would be appreciated...
I need to install the stainless rocker trim on my 67 R/T clone. I Have the upper trim clips, but what screws are used to attach the bottom of the rocker trim? It doesn't look like Classic Industries sells them. Thanks!
What is the best way to clean / polish these trim pieces? I have a buffing wheel and various compounds, but are these pieces anodized? What is the best way to polish them up before install?
