About this Mopar:
1964 Plymouth Savoy 88k miles 361ci push button automatic, A/C, power steering, manual brakes, single speed wipers without washers, standard rear view mirror, no backup lights, no trunk light, the car has standard equipment black/grey fleck rubber floor covering, which resembles carpet. I have the AM radio and all its trimmings; the radio itself needs repair. The spare is the original Goodyear, and has never been used. The jack as well as the iron(in a carpet sheath) are perfect. The trunk mat has its minor splits, but I intend to mend it with a soft rubber backing to prevent it from falling apart. The car has virtually no rust. A small amount of surface rust is on a couple of the bottoms of the doors, one of the fenders, and a few minor surface spots here and there. The drivers quarter panel was repainted a long time ago in lacquer, and is checked. Overall the car has very little wear and great patina. It was sold new at Troy Swope Chrysler Plymouth Center that was at 1481 W Ramsey in Banning, CA. I'm not entirely sure of it's lineage, but the pink slip was last registered in 1988, and said "sold new 00/00/64". Also, the car still was using the same plates it was since it was new. Dig the Michelin Bias-Radials, which are probably 30+ years old, and still ride quite nicely. It runs and drives fantastically. So smooth, so quiet. The brakes are fresh but still aren't the hottest, so they'll be upgraded to power dual master disc/drum. I had great ideas for what I wanted to do to customize, but I can't bring myself to so anything more than service her, clean her, and give her a nice wax.
