About this Mopar:
Hi all, this is the front suspension for my 66. The vehicle is intended as a street toy and "very" fair weather driver. I wanted rid of the steering box and torsion bars to facilitate header egress. I also wanted to increase the caster in the system to encourage straight line stability. This package is my version of the aftermarket front suspensions available. The upper arms attach in the stock location, the upper arm attachments in the photos are just to hold the components in place until assembly. The suspension points are designed to accept "soft" joints where the rod ends are, but I find the rod end easier to do set-up with. I posted the rear suspension some time ago and at the rate I'm moving it might be awhile before the car is finished.
