62 FURY Hardtop

Newest ride to my Barn collection

About this Mopar:

Said to be 38K original miles, parked in 1977. Could have been a survivor if the guy I got it from would not have tried to make it look weathered and worn.
He bought it from the original owner and said the paint was awesome before he sanded it to make it a RAT crap rod. (not my style at all).
Has many original factory parts on it and the brake and gas pedals are not worn at all, so could be 38K. I do need a couple parts for it, see parts wanted section.

Sad to see what the idiots did to this survivor. Still not past the point of no return. Should clean up nicly back to original. I just finished a 62 Belvedere red on red. Be glad to share some photos, Slade

Thank you
Your pictures would be nice to see.
Where are you located?

The sanding on the original paint is enough to make a grown man cry! I love the 62 Plymouth body style. Sweet!

I am not a 4 door guy but your car is sweet! I don't think I ever saw one exactly like it in my lifetime! Good luck with it!:moparsmiley:
