About this Mopar:
Well. Here's the butchered floor in the 71 RR. Originally a 4 speed car, the previous "owners" decided it would be a great idea to do this. By the looks of the pedals, they had an auto in it. At least I managed to get a the 5 speed pedal setup as well (probably needs parts). I have the 4 speed brackets as well. I am guessing that I should replace the whole floor and get a new 4 speed (non console) hump and have it put on the new floor as well. Guess it could be worse. The back floor is fine (no rust, and the passenger side has negligible rust.
