1973 Charger updates

It's been 11 years since I've posted an update on the car, so here's a few pictures of my nearly 25 year journey with the car.

About this Mopar:

Year
1973
Make
Dodge
Model
Charger
My first car was a triple white 73 charger with a 318. So my thought was to fix one like I would have liked to when I was 16, so nearly 50 years later I finally got around to finishing it. I've had the car for 23 years.

Beautiful 3rd gen Charger. Reminds me of the one my wife ordered new but never got it. Dealer stole it from her. Long story short, She was just a friend in 1971 and went to the local Dodge Chrysler, Plymouth dealer and ordered a new 72 Charger tripple black w 440/4 speed and factory rallye wheels. They told her she would have to go ahead and give them her 71 Yellow 340 Duster as down payment on the new car, even though she would be walking and bumming rides to work until her new car came in. A couple o fmonths went by and still no Charger. They told her they could not get the Charger she ordered. They had already sold her Duster and told her she could just come in and take possession of a new Black Road Runner. She being a nieve 19 year old, took them at their word. A week or so later, she was driving her new Road Runner and saw the Sales manager from the Dealership cruising around in the Charger she had ordered. He liked the car so well he kept it for his personal car. Stole it from her.

That definitely would be infuriating.
