First time post. Here’s my latest progress. On the jig and starting to reassemble. will start fitting rear cross member today. I’ll work on rear frame rail alignment prior to fitting rear cross member. I’ll post a question on crossmember alingment and measurements before I keep going.

Here’s the latest: Sandblasted roof structure and prep’d for epoxy primer. Fit roof skin and prep’d for welding. Couldn’t do it without support from the team!

I bit the bullet and decided to replace the roof skin to aid in gutter replacement. Roof skin and top gutters removed today.

Prep work is time consuming but worth the effort in the end. This all looks very familiar to many of us who've saved these cars from the scrap heap! Good job and keep going! The end product will be very satisfying! Ruffcut

As you know, it's a labor of love. I see you are making sure trunk lid fits and would say make sure the back glass and trim fit also. Others didn't and have trouble with fitment after paint!
