Put this car together with my father over 40 years ago on a shoestring. My wife and I dated in this car 41 years ago. Drove it daily until we started a family and when it needed to much work I stored it for 31 years. I decided that as we are getting older if I don't do something with it soon I would never get to enjoy it again. Finally decided it was time to do a total restoration. Gave it to the shop 15 months ago in rough shape. Finally got it home and starting to assemble it with lots of modern upgrades. (Full QA1 suspension upgrade with coil overs and power steering, full Willwood power disc brake system, +++. Can't wait to get it on the road again and take the wife for a ride!

LL1 Turquoise? What color interior?

Nice 68 RR, I'm partial to the 68s myself, had 8 of them now
what paint code, sort of looks like an LL1 Turquoise Surf Metallic Poly (?)
hard to tell in photos the Turquoises look a lot alike
I like the planned mods too, build it your way...

My current 68 is LL1
