I feel compelled to attend as many local car shows as possible these days - reasons.
Today was a worthy cause at a beautiful venue and Fred got attention as usual.
Lots of folks have nicer cars, but Fred gets out there and represents!

I am compelled to get Fred the GTX out as much as possible these days. Reasons...
Over time, he's gotten to be a bit of a local car celebrity and everyone is always so
complimentary on the old goat...
This time, I asked the wife if we should fetch a biscuit at a drive-thru for breakfast and she replied that they had food at the event....so we went straight there, where I discovered the choice for breakfast was...hot dogs.
Ok fine, chili dogs for breakfast.
The event hosts were busy spoiling Fred (and us, vicariously) and he soaked up an increasing
amount of compliments and such.
We stayed until I ran out of gas in all the muggy heat, then got him safely back home.
