1971 Dodge Charger

About this Mopar:

My first Mopar. Everything else I've ever owned has been a Ford - We aren't going to discuss that '97 Chevy S10.

1971 Charger - Base Model

Engine - 318 V8. All stock with the exception of vintage Cal-Custom finned valve covers. 2 Bbl Carter BBD carb.

Drivetrain - A904 3 speed automatic with column shift. Drum brakes all around.

Exterior - Dark Gold Metallic with black canopy roof and typical 70's slotted mag wheels.

Interior - white and gold with bench seats front and rear. AM/FM radio with four speakers (custom by a PO). Also added by one of the PO's is a mechanical oil pressure gauge on the passenger's dash.

Looks like a good start to Mopar Madness. Seems to be basically all there. I assume it's a runner (?).

Thanks. It runs - as long as you use a gravity fed gas can and a good battery. When we first got it fired, I had to literally follow it with my truck as we moved it with jumper cables attached since the battery is shot. (The battery came out of my old truck and was sitting for a good 4 years out in the shed before the Charger came without one)
