What size wheels and tires? I've got 15 inch rallyes on my 70 GTX, it's got 245/60/15 all the way around. I want to put some bigger rubber on it. Just changed the gears too, when I got it, it had a peg leg 2:76 rear in it. I upgraded to 3:55 sure grip and it's revving pretty good at 60 mph. I like your RR's stance and how your tire fills the wheel well. Great looking car!

I am running 275/60/15 rubber in the back on 15 X 8-1/2" wheels with approx 3.5" backspace. Fender lips were rolled by a previous owner to maintain clearance. I still have about 1-1/2" clearance between the springs and tires. I have heard you can fit even bigger tires on 15x10" wheels with 5 to 5-1/2" backspace, which is something I want to do in the future.
