my coronet is not factory stock, or highly modified. But a great mix of stock looks, with a lot of go like hell. Mirror paint, perfect interior, clean trunk, no rust. Engine compartment has just the right amount of new and old to make it so reliable, not afraid to drive it 100s of miles with no problem. I’m so glad that I finally switched to the dodge side of the universe. See you all on the west coast some where.
George, your are an inspiration for me to hurry and finish my car, which will end up looking nearly identical to yours except for the rims and blue paint. If you have them, could you post pics of how you did your taillight mods, including a pic of them with the brake lights on?

I’ll do what I can when it gets dark outside, so you can see how bright they are. The led light fixtures are diesel trailer stop, turn, and brake that are oblong, 8x2in red lights. I put a piece of dence foam in the light bucket, with contact cement to hold them in place. The lights run on full 12 volt, so just hard wire.like a regular bulb.your tail lights will be ten times brighter, everything was about 45 dollars for lights and foam, and about 2 hours. Any truck stop or store will have them.

A real beauty. IMHO, the stance is perfect. Gives me inspiration to get my 67 finished. 440, 4 speed, convertible. Been off the road since I don't want to mention....Dan
To all that have left very kind comments, I thank you so much! As you all have beautiful cars, we are very fortunate to drive year round in California. The car shows very well, and we have a great time hearing all the story’s everyone has to tell when they were back in the 60s. To all that had one, and now own one again, I hope to run in to you at a show, some where and shoot the bull, tell story’s, and blister some rubber. Thank you all for a great site. FBBO forever!!!!!!!!!
Ya, I saw a graveyard car episode that had a 66 charger with what they called a nascar edition model that had a duel plenum intake that went through the upper firewall area that fed off the vent slits at the windshield base. A high pressure area when driving. It gave me the idea, but had to make everything to fit. Came out ok.
