About this Mopar:
I've always wanted a '69 Charger. Who didn't? So I when I found this one I had to buy it. It was a deal of a lifetime, (I hope).
When I got it home I started in right away on the #'s, just prayin' I finally found something worth bragging about. And you know what? IT MOST CERTAINLY IS!!!
All the no's match except the 727 is rebuillt out of a '67, & the heads are off a 440 made in the later 70's. I'ts got a brand new rebuilt engine & tranny, New exhaust, & air-ride rear shocks. It came with a newly restored grille with headlamp covers, all the chrome minus the wheel lip molding and the anntena. Rally cluster w/ the 150 mph speedo, the tic-toc-tac, & 3-spd wiper motor. It also has the lighting package, bucket seats, full woodgrain center console, w/floor shifter. It has all of its interior minus the AM radio, but it still has all the dash panels & they are not cut up or altered! Elec rear win defog, all the map lights, & alarms, etc., So far all the electrical components work fine. The glass is in great condition, the floorboards got some rust but they are not all the way through. No dents or signs of major damage, a lil bondo but not to bad. She has the 390hp 383 w/ the 727 torque flight. I have a clear title for her and I have found 2 factory broadcast sheets in her so far! One in the springs of the back seats bottom and one in the springs of its top. This car even has the HD front end.
She was built in St. Louis Oct.-Nov. 1969. Origanally Metallic Burnt Orange with a White Vinyl top.
