About this Mopar:
Nothing crazy, just a 64 Plymouth Sport Fury. The car was an automatic(with console/tach) big block car. Currently the car is without an engine/transmission and the rest of the drivetrain needs to be rebuilt. We have a 72 440 warranty block at the machine shop. The block was bare except the mains caps. Therefore it was decided to stroke it to 493 and keep the build mild. We are going to use 62-64 Max Wedge exhaust manifolds, coupled 2.5" exhaust, a Weiand intake, the new AVS carb(800cfm), and converting it to a 4 speed. The brakes will be updated to discs in front and 11" drums in back. Should be a fun car to drive and enjoy.
