I bit the bullet and decided to replace the roof skin to aid in gutter replacement. Roof skin and top gutters removed today.

Here’s the latest, floor pan in and started welding in place. Many hours of prep to get to this point.

Final fit. Let the welding begin.

Here’s the right quarter panel, Dutchman panel, cross member and trunk floor fitted for alignment and gap checks. Patience is a virtue! It’s sad that it’ll all come apart tomorrow for final prep then welding / spot welding.
