What kind of comp am i looking at with a 440 six pack bottom end and 80cc heads.

A what comp did they have with 906 heads

Thanks Mike

The 440 6-pack was introduced in mid 69, right...? It would have had 906 heads, pistons in the hole .020 (2.062 CH) with steel shim gaskets and cut with valve reliefs....iirc.

69 1/2 were flat top,no valve relief until 70.Factory listed comp was 10.2 for 69 and 10.5 for 70.

so I should be around 10.3 compression on a 70 440 six pack short block with 80cc 440 source stealth heads or am I way off.

What Cranky said.

Six pack engines use basically a zero deck piston assuming the engine is blueprinted. Compression will likely be 10.5:1. 906 head CC is 86.
