Just retired from the Black Hawk County Sheriff department. Car #14. It has 101,000 miles on it and is VERY clean.Great tires. Brand new yellow Optima battery today(200 bucks) and it is fully detailed. It runs, drives and performs flawlessly.Dual antennas on the trunk lid. Spotlight works good. Air/heat work great. Very nice clean car. Located in Iowa. 4,000

4,000/trade. Sorry,I thought I had posted that. I fixed it though. I usually never do that.....Long day today I guess. Take it easy buddy.

Usually those ex-PO CVs are very well taken care of, and considering they last forever in the first place, I wouldn't hesitate.

I recently thought my DD Concorde was on its way out of my hands and I was going to pick up a P71 as my new DD. The Crown Vic/Grand Marquis is probably one of the only Ford's I'd seriously consider as a DD. Theres a great forum called crownvic.net where theres guys who are making plenty of power with these cars.
Car Craft's John McGann is working on a P71 that I think looks pretty sweet, there's been a bunch of articles on it and what he's been doing to it in the magazine, and while some have been complaining, I think its cool.
