I'm looking for a set of .060 pistons for a roughly 550 hp stock stoke 440. Most of what I've seen available is .055 overbore. Does anyone have a suggestion? Are Probe srs pistons any good?

By the way thank you for all of the feedback on my previous post (Piston damage) which has prompted me to trash my last set of pistons.

Thanks Guys, sorry for the delayed response, JE only offers .055 over or custom .060 for $900+. I'm in process of trying to find a 1970 block to better match my 70 Coronet R/T. I think I found a standard bore block but seller said it's snowed in his garage so I'll have to wait. Any tips on what to look for to avoid getting hosed, again?

I know I've been off and on with a ton of questions. I keep trying to take shortcuts to save money, but now I've backed all the way up to starting with a fresh block. I hope it pays off; at least I wont second guess myself when its all done. And the comfortable back seat should be a nice place for me to sleep when it's all finished.
