Would like Info? I have currently 14 inch magnums wheels on my 66. I want to go to steel wheels and poverty caps but I may want to 15 inch. Is there a difference in the hubcap size or center size on the wheel if I go to 15 or are they the same for 14s ?

Same. Just the earlier wheels had the big diameter hub-caps.[and later trucks]

So regardles if it's 14 or 15 the center where the hubcap goes on is the same diameter?

Keep in mind that in 1968, they started using smaller hubcaps, so you'll have to get 66-67 wheels.

OK good to know. I thought they changed somewhere down in the years

You may have to use the newer 15 inch wheels with the smaller cap. I have not been able to find the older large diameter cap style in a 15" anywhere. They weren't used on B bodies, and I really never have seen them on C bodies either. Trucks had them, though. So I had to just pack away the original caps on my 66' and go with the 68 up look.

I'm going to try and stick with 14s .

Yep, 67 was the last year for the 10" cap.

68 started the 9" cap that is actually still current.

IIRC the only 15" wheels that accept the 10" cap are Hemi wheels.

How do I know what I am looking for . Are the wheels stamped so I can tell what year they are?
