15X7 steel wheels with REDLINE P255/60/R15 Firestone Firehawk 500 tires. Purchased from Diamondback Classics. Tires have about 2K miles on them at most, still has the little nibs. Spent over $1500 when new for wheels, tires and shipping. $900.

I put Diamondback red lines on my 65 Dart GT, and was very happy, after a bad experience with Cokers.
I originally had, and wore out a set of redline radials made in France from Coker tire, and liked them. However, the replacements from Coker were then made in Mexico, and were not round or true in any direction. Lateral runout, radial runout, could NOT be balanced and always shook the car.
Caused breakage of 4 or 5 axle bearings in a 7 1/4 rear end, to the extent I always carried a spare with me.
Caused me hunt for thrown wheel covers MANY times.Fortunately never lost one.
Diamondback buys tires from other manufacturers and if they aren't true, they don't bother with the customizing,
they send them back, preventing the problems I suffered.

Not sure on the Nats yet, several things in motion that may not let us attend. I probably know someone locally going, if you're interested.

Not interested in selling just the tires at this time. Thanks for asking though, they're probably still full tread depth as they have very few miles on them.
