16 inch wheel questions

I would like to know if anyone is running a 16 inch wheel on any 1965 Coronets or same size wheel opening b-body's, and what size tires fit? Thanks!

I use 16x8 WheelVintiques steelies on the back of my 76 Cordoba with 265/60 16s (BFGs). The tires are unfortunately not available anymore. Unfortunate because they fit like they were made for it. Not sure how the wheelwells relate to a 65 Coronet, but what I do know is that 16" tires are getting harder to find in a size that looks right on a larger car. Even sub compacts are using 16 and 17" rims and the tire sizes reflect it.

16x7 rims using 225/50/16 tires are the same size as 14x7 rims with 245/60/14, well within 1/4 inch.

Just to let everyone know I tried different combinations and found that a 16X8 wheel on front and back can accommodate up to a 235/60/16 rear and a 225/60/16 on the front! Thanks everyone!
