1962 Dodge Fender Tag Help

Hi, trying to decode a fender tag from a '62 Dart 440, from the VIN I was able to determine the car was assembled in St. Lois, I cannot find a link to decode the fender tag, any suggestions to a site that can help or can anyone decode the below?

I have 2 books of American car ID numbers, one covers 1960-69 the other covers 1970-79. These books do not give all the details on the body number plates. The following are the only numbers I can decode for you. Hope it helps.
