Does anyone have pictures of the "Shield" s {Cardboard things used with the black felt material} around the push buttons for shifter and heat control buttons...They hlep contain the light for lumination of the buttons...In the parts p book they are call " shield" also noted " not serviced." Theres one for the shift button unit, and one for the heat control buttons.

On the '62 Dodge they used felt. Reminds me of home weather strip that you might use around an outside door to seal it. Probably find it at your local builder's supply store. My guess it's 1/8" to 3/16" thick. No shields in the Dodge, they're not illuminated buttons like the Plymouth. The rectangle above the buttons are illuminated.
