Something similar happened to my first 62 Savoy about 50 years ago as that Fury on ebag, Is the mirror sitting on top of the trim or are my eye's playing tricks on me kk

I can recommend a good optometrist

It's not sitting on the trim..the trim butts up to it.

Did your car come without a mirror?
