Regrettably I sold this car a few years ago. I'm curious to know where it ended up.

Man, I remember when it was for sale I was salivating,lusting over it. I always wanted a 62 Savoy.Any engine.
Of the 10-12 cars I have had over the years only one did I ever see again.
The rest just vanished .

I had a 62 Valiant in high school that was black w/red interior. Had a /6 so nothing special but everybody called it the Bat- mobile.
Bought it for $250 and sold it for $250 after highschool. Always wondered what happened to it and if I ever found it I would buy it back in a heartbeat.
Always liked that body style. I love the color of that Savoy and that engine - wow !

Hope you get luckier than me finding it. Been searching for my departed cousin's 64 Polara he bought new for years. His daughter has the trophies he won and records she'd like to pass on to the owner. Too many years have gone by now since he had it and odds are it was rusted, wrecked, crushed, etc. Maybe the motor and drive train survived and is in another ride.

I do remember when it was for sale. You're right, you shoulda' kept it! It is such a unique color, too. I found my '62 almost two years ago, a red one, & love, love, love it! They are the coolest 'uggy' cars ever!!
