I'm in the process of putting together the 63 Polara front end. My confusion is: Which Strut Rod busing is used? The later B-bodies use 2 seperate, symetrical bushings much like 2 halves of an ball with a metal bushing in the middle. I ordered Bushings and they are a 1 piece, they seem too flexible.
Anybody know?
Thanks,

No I'm not absoluely sure on a 63 B-Body, call Mancini Racing tech line 1-586-790-4100 or maybe even try over at, www.62-65mopar.ornocar.com , forum or tech info section, some one there will know for sure... It shows K7016A 62-74 B-Body/70-74 E body ea.$27.95 in the Mancini Sales Flyer...

Bought a bunch of stuff for one my 68 RR's went to Tubular/adjustable control arms instead, but I have a complete set of 62-72 B-body New in the packages, Poly bushings, uppers & lowers & strut rods, seals, 7/8" sway bar bushing, etc, also the proper pins for the poly style LC arm bushing & O/S aluminum strut rods cheap if you or anyone else is interested, all from Mancini Racing... But I noticed the listings for 62-65 B-Body strut rod bushing is different than the 66-72 B/E-body in poly for some reason or other, I'm not sure why... PM me if your interested or if they will work for you... I'm toally confused by how they are listed too...

Yes,they are one piece rubber bushings and yes, they are fairly flexible. You can see them on NAPA's website. They are part # NCP2748992.

OK, ordered them from NAPA and I did order the "1-piece", not the newer style (but smaller than our 68-73) 2 piece bushings. I found out the 2 piece was designed for Taxi cab-Police "duty" vehicles.
Thanks!
