These brackets came from a 1964 Sport Fury with a four speed. The loose brcket was mounted to the four speed hump. Not sure if the automatic bracket is different. The other two brackets should be the same for automatic. Rust is only surface. I'll leave everything in place so you to give an idea where to mount in your car. $100.00 plus shipping. Thanks for looking
