In the upper left corner is the Chrysler release revision date "7-64" which would be for the 65's I agree, this form was produced in July of 1964 and since the 65's were released in August/September only makes sense, as it had to be in the dealers hands ahead of production, and I should have clarified it a little more. Thanks.
