Changing the front brakes on my 1964 Dodge Polara over to disc and also replacing upper ball joints. I have a couple of questions:
1) Is there a torque spec for the ball joint threading into the upper control arm?
2) Is there a torque spec for the castled nut attaching the spindle arm to the ball joint?
Thanks

I just did this. The service manual spec is 125 ft pounds minimum for the ball joint to upper control arm. The nut is 100 ft pounds for a "B" body (seems alot to me) and 55 for the "a"body nut.
