Thought I would post up a couple pics of my recently aquired 64 Sport Fury. Sold new at Bill Eger Chrysler Plymouth in Denver Colorado to Gene Mingo, first African American place kicker in the AFL & later NFL. He purchased the car May 1964 in his last year with the Bronco's. He went on to play with a few other teams retiring in 1970. The car is optioned with 426/365, console automatic, power steering, power brakes, power windows, Jiffy Jet electric windshield washer system, front seat belts and somewhat rare Torquoise interior. The car was restored 2002 along with a high end engine build with only the best components. The 727 trans was also overhauled at that time. The car is well sorted with recent installation of four correct Power Cushion Goodyear tires along with spare from Kelsey Tire in Mo. It is an absolute blast to drive and gets more than it's share of attention from all ages.
