re the vent windows still in it? That's the front track. Add a piece of Lexanthats the stock shape and a strap. Then put the factory panel back on. Just fix the Lexan in the up position in the rear.

Doug That is real nice the way you did yours. My vents are still in but the top strip of the original on the inside door is gone maybe I can find some rusty doors to cut the top strip off and tig on mine. Thanks

What do you need in parts? Were the inside of your doors cut where the regulators fastened? The reason I ask is I have 2 dr sdn (64-65) doors that are complete but only good for parts. They are complete, regulators, glass, vents, frames ,most have latches, linkage, and I have done research all parts can be used to convert 2 dr ht doors if you had too. The inner structure of the doors could be cut and used to repair doors that have been whacked.

Can take pictures if needed.

I need some the inner opening handle mechanisms, left and right and handles. Which can be seen in the 1st & 2nd pics in post #2. Anyone have a spare pair of those?

I have the door openers, most likely the bolts for them too.
I parted out 2 Savoys and saved a lot of hardware.
I also have the front and rear window regulators.

64 savoy doors

$800-$1,000 pair IF you can find them… OR do it Doug’s way.
Jeff, My doors are perfect outside ,they just hollowed out the inside.Cut away everything but the vent window tract. I need your doors if you still have them.I can cut the inside out and tig it in and have all the hardware to. pm me if they are still available.
