This one is for the purest. Body and paint are approx. 40 years old and standing tall. Paint is thin in a couple places and is chipped here and there. Interior is nice and original, (except for a legendary rear seat back, bottom is included but not installed). All correct trim is present and very nice. Top is nice and works well.
The original poly 318 was built to OEM specs about 8K miles ago and runs smooth and quite. Trans shifts well. Ready to drive home.
An original factory A/C car. A/C is intact and worked well until the controls became unresponsive. The speedometer recently stopped working also. The center of the trunk floor needs to be replaced, (rust). Reproduction pans are available.
I have the build sheet and know the history of the car from new.
This is a driver quality car that with some effort could be brought to very high standards.
All the hard to find stuff, fan shroud, trim etc is there, The AM radio is inoperational but there is a Kenwood stereo in the glove box that I use to play my MP3.
I'll be happy to answer any specific questions.
Asking $18500.00, near offer, perhaps part trade. Car is located in the Birmingham Alabama area.
Thanks
Will.
