I have a 65 Dodge coronet 2 door sedan that had a 6 cyl. 3 speed standard.
To put a 440 into it, Do I need to change the K frame? what other K Frame can I use for the convertion to 440. any advice will be apreciated. Mel

You can engine mount conversions from engine-swaps.com or change the k member to a v8 style. All k members from 62-70 will bolt in and they will move the engine back 1/34 to 2 inches so keep that in mind.

'62 k-members have a different mount system and i believe they will take /6 or v8. 63-65 have /6 or v8 k-members and would put the engine in the stock location. '66-'70 are /6 or v8 specific and will move the engine back from the stock location about 1.5".

All I can say is that I wish I had that car. They are fairly rare. You are very fortunate. Any reason that you are not keeping the slant setup?
