California car until 2002. It’s been garage kept since it came to Michigan - never seen salt or snow. It has a 440 c.i. big block, 727 auto trans and 3.55 posi rear end. It has power steering and manual brakes. The body has absolutely NO rust and never has (the odometer shows 56,500 miles). It was repainted once (long ago). The interior is “old school” diamond stitch. This is a driver quality car. Drive it proudly as is, or easily upgrade to show quality. Things done since 2002:
- Total front suspension replacement including steering gear box, power steering pump and front disc brakes
- Replaced rear (drum) brakes & cylinders
- Reworked heads, new intake manifold & Holly carb
- Headers and complete new exhaust with “H” pipe
- Replaced the water pump and alternator
- Aluminum radiator
- 15 inch Cragers & BF Goodrich tires (set of 14 inch Cragers & tires also come with car) (replaced speedo gear so speed is still accurate)
- Installed Secret Audio radio (in console) – AM radio also works
- Custom fit California car cover
