The overall condition is good. The circuit boards look good as does the speedo threaded connection. The flaws...shows fading from age, not shiny like when new. The speedometer numbers are yellowed and the 1/10 wheel is crumbled. Not sure the speedo needle or other gauges/needles function as they are supposed to do but they look undamaged. The speedo bezel has spider cracking however the other bezels look ok. The area under the speedo has a sliver of plastic missing. I bought this for spare parts and do not need it anymore. Included are spare bulbs and bulb holders. I have had these reconditioned, plastic chromed etc.
