believe it is from a 66-70 B body. Tag on 741 case says 2.94. Flange to flange measures 59-1/8". Spring perch are 44" . No drums. Good rebuildable unit. $500 firm local pickup only in San Jose, CA.

I might have measured wrong. It was late and I was tired. I’ll remeasure it. Purches were 44in so sure it’s bbody. Should I meAsure from backing plates or try to measure at the housing ends by the flanges?

Ok, looks to be measured to flange 53’ish inches on inside where the mounting of the backing plate is. So it is for 1968 model, unless I’m still mistaken.

Well I took the rearend to a friend who builds these and not only was he able to confirm that is the preferred 1967 b-body rear, but it also has 11in backing plates and a 2:94 clutch suregrip diff! Looks like it's no longer for sale. Probably going to use it in my duster project.
