My first car was a 66 Belvedere II and I left mine at the pump a time or two but was lucky it was still there after noticing it wasn't on my car. From then on it was something that was paid attention to.....
Guys have been talking a fine cable tether.

sort of like mercedes emblems for hood rats, maybe that's how they aquired the moniker!
