Does anyone have a picture of the trim attachment clip layout on a 66 Charger? There were some metal spring clips I believe were on the ends. And plastic clips everywhere else. Mine didn't have the trim on it when I got it. P.S. The trim I'm doing runs the whole length of the car.

I'm parting a Charger right now. Long quarter molding has metal clips on the lip. Door has nuts on the front and rear with plastic clips in the middle. Fender...haven't gotten that far, but I'm guessing plastic clips.

There are 10 tent shaped clips that hold the long quarter down, they fit in the little notches. In those notches factory put very heavy aluminum foil then then the clips and trim were were put on at the same time I believe. Sometimes the clips came off with the trim. R/T Specialties might have clips. Might be worth your while to call Jim Rodebaugh 1-918-333-5573. He has 66-67 Charger Stuff.

With all your help, I've got it figured out. Does anyone happen to know where I can get the plastic clips? There not in R/T specialties page.

i made metal clips with a weld screw and washer and used on all the door and fender and did not use any plastic much more solid but not original

I have some of the rear ones if you need them
