Up for your consideration is my 1966 Coronet 440 factory H code 426 Hemi ,4 speed , Dana 60 3:54 gear. This car has underwent a very impressive restoration in the 80's. As a matter of fact it did sell at Barrett Jackson in the mid 80's. I have extensive documentation for this car , everything except the certi card is there.
I have made several changes to the car to make it a more pleasurable drive for me. I had a pair of 66 bucket seats reupholstered with new foam, I added Borgeson power steering, I added manual disc brakes, car rides of modern red lines radials on new magnum 500's. Car also has a 67 recall steering wheel. Resto Radio did the am fm conversion and restoration on the stock am radio. Lastly the car has a modern Tremec TKO 5 speed transmission so highway cruising at 75mph registers a modest 2200 rpm. Amp meter is disconnected/ bypassed and the optional clock currently does not work. Engine block is a 66 casting and the heads are 68 castings. Engine is a very strong runner. Carbs are original (converted to electric choke thermostat ), ignition is MSD6, exhaust is TTI 3 inch with GTX style TTI tailpipes and chrome extensions.Lastly the inner fender tag on the car is a repop the original tag is photographed for viewing. VIN tag is original.
I'll post a lot of photo's, I welcome any inspections or questions, just pm me. I'm asking 75k which I realize is strong money for the unloved 66 67 B Body but this car presents exceptionally and can be driven anywhere.
