1966 Coronet Torsion Bars

I measured the torsion bar diameter (several times and places along bars) in my 1966 Coronet. Plan 440/727. Already has 8.75 with 3.23 gears, open.
Right side is .965 inch wide
Left side is .910 inch wide.
Engine was slapped together 8 years ago for quick sale to previous owner, so mismatched torsion bars goes along with that.
Changing from 318LA (not original) to 440
Street car. Not sure it will ever see a track.
What are your thoughts on best size torsion bar, knowing that the torsion bars should be replaced? THANKS! Ben

They used to do 10% discount to members also. I have 2 sets of PST Bars in cars.

They still do the discount at PST. I ordered some bars last week for my 67 and they gave me it. You have to put your username for fbbo in comments and mention the discount. They send it after the order is processed
