1966 Plymouth Fury II Wagon For Sale
Shipping from Oakland, CA
Price: $3500
Cash only
A rare, awesome classic Mopar ready for final touches to finish it up. All of the pieces are included, though some of them need repair and/or reinstallation.
Here's the specs:
1966 Plymouth Fury II with a 440 engine and 727 Auto transmission in it. Unsure of the rear end ratio. If this is a deal-maker, let me know and I'll find out.
The good:
Everything is there. All the trim, lights, interior bits. Some of it is a little rough, but it's present and ready for restoration.
The engine runs great and is in good tune
The tranny shifts smooth
The seats are rebuilt and comfortable.
Gas tank repaired/sealed
Brand new radiator
Brand new tires <200mi with warranty
The bad:
Cracked windshield
Oil pan could be replaced
Suspension needs work
Interior is rough
Leaks a little oil
I've spent the last few months getting this car into a reliable, drivable state:
Repaired seat springs, new seat foam, and new upholstery
Replacement seat belts
Cleaned and freshened engine (was horrible when I bought it)
All fluids replaced
Tune is good
Repaired, sealed gas can, updated replacement filler neck
Rattle can black paint (better than rusty white, which was original)
This car is a solid start for a restoration or would do well to tow a race car with plenty of space for storage. It's really nice to drive, and cruises like a dream.
For more pictures, video, or to see the car, let me know.
