1966 plymouth roof sail molding

how to you get to the nuts to remove of the sail molding ??

there are 2 studs and nuts, they are above the package tray level. The headliner needs to come loose at the bottom. If you care want to save the headliner then all the chrome around the inside if the windows at the package tray area needs to come off. Then carefully loosen th edges of the headline and lift it up. Be careforl it might be stiff and want to break or crack.

if you don’t care about the headliner then rip it and see the nuts. One of the pieces of chrome trim blocks access to the nut and you will see which one when in there.
