I sold a 66 Satellite just like this (except power windows) about 3 months ago. It was running, but still needed some tuning. It had all new brakes, gas tank, body work done, and trim was all there, for 6K. It still needed a full restoration. This looks like a 3000-3500 dollar car to me. Needing a quarter panel maybe not that much.

I agree money is probably to high.

I simply posted it because the options are kinda rare on something this early.
Power windows was not a common option utill the early 70s ish time frame.
