pistons & rods from 1967 Imperial engine that was running when pulled from the car--I rebuilt the engine with forged pistons & H-beam rods so these are up for grabs--all of them look great and will only need a wash job -- these are 10.1 to 1 compression and will liven up a low comp engine ---pictures are available if you email me--cant seem to post pictures on here-

forgot to mention price--$100.00 and the ride to you--weigh in @ 40 pounds

Advertised 10-1 compression? What the actual compression height and oversize if any?

standard bore and compression is whats listed in the manual for a 67 Imperial--

Cranky--didnt think to ask if theres something I could measure for you??? all this sits in a box ready to ship--easy to check stuff--what say you?

Got something to measure the distance from the pin to the top of the piston? Most piston manufactures 'advertise' the compression of a piston IF everything is done to the block and heads to achieve that compression. Thing is, only the compression height will tell the real story on what aftermarket pistons will be in a particular block and heads. CH is measured from the pin center to the top of the piston but it can also be determined from the top of the pin bore to the top of the head and then subtract half of the diameter of the pin to find what the CH is....close enough.

these are the original cast factory pistons from a 67 Imperial--not after market--but I could still measure it if youd like--got a full complement of tools as I rebuild ALOT of big blocks

Oh ok, you rebuilt the engine using forged pistons and are selling the originals, right? My bad...

yes thats correct --but for grins I measured the height @ 2 inches to center of wrist pin to piston dome--compared them to a set of 8 to 1s & dome was 080 taller--on thr 67s pistons
