1967 Dodge Coronet large head light surrond Fasteners

Any one know what fasteners where used on the edge of front fenders to hold the large aluminum head light surrounds. Their 3 holes vertical that are 3/8 in diameter. i remeber 30 years ago taking a long 1/4 rachet with long extension and unthreading but my memory after that is vague.

the surrounds originally had brackets riveted to them with studs attached that passed through those holes.
 
thank you very much dan now it's coming back to me trying to figure where they riveted them no signs of any holes going to try and use the clips
Here’s a picture to show you kinda what they look like. These were made from flat stock and use hood peak molding clips. But it shows the location where they are riveted.
