I started out with a 1966 Belvedere and designed it to look like a 1967 GTX, using modern drivetrain, brakes and suspension, etc. This was created with the intention of being a daily driver for my wife. So reliability and high quality were a priority.

The car started out fairly solid. It was acid dipped and all of the sheet metal, body work and paint prep have been professionally completed by one of the nation's top restoration shops. The trunk has been finished in a durable smooth bedliner type finish.

The body and sheetmetal is currently in primer. All of the sheetmetal and doors have been mocked up, gapped and are ready to bolt on.

All of the drivetrain, suspension, brakes, full exhaust and accessories have already been mocked up. The A/C lines and A/C system have all been mocked up. The A/C lines are hidden under a custom cover. The front and rear suspension has been mocked up with the wheels and full exhaust.

Basically it's at the point where you can choose your color(s) and bolt everything together.
